That other guy already mentioned the chin and stuff. I'll mention the eyeballs. Reverse your drawings horizontally to see what I'm talking about. From what I see though, its just this drawing of yours.

Shading is nice.

Quite ugly.

The lighting and clothing folds are all wrong. A thong also wouldn't be that high up. The face is super ugly, but thats personal preference.

I recommended practicing realism, anime isn't a great place to start drawing.

Well.

Lines are nice and clean. Textures seem okay. But those proportions... female anatomy looks better than that. Most specifically those boobs are way to high up and that shoulder/arm is bigger than the original XBox.

For a comic series you're going to need to be able to draw all sorts of poses, emotions, legs. You're not there yet, and the comic is only going to be a disappointed. Further your skills and style by practicing every day and achieving a great style, then you can start your comic.
